Christmas Mini Sessions are back!
This year i have two different set-ups:
Bedroom scene- children only
Christmas wreath- family and individual shots
The bedroom scene is cottage themed, full of little trinkets and Christmas touches. With wood elements, a desk, candles, toys, books, cookies and coco, sparkling tree and pops of red, its the perfect night before Christmas set up.
The wreath set is for family photographs. A beautiful big handmade wreath will hang with flowing white drapes and the bench for you sit on to create some lovely family shots.
PRICING
£129 (£29 DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR SLOT )
*20 minute session
4 digital images of your choice to download
Additional images can be added on at £10 each after you select your 4 images.
*PLEASE NOTE* Your £29 booking fee is non refundable. Please make sure to only book a slot you can attend as i can not swap these at a later date due to the booking system in place.
The remaining balance of £100 is due the day of your session in cash.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
My little garden studio is located - 1A Quarry road, Knockloughrim, BT458QN
WHO CAN BOOK IN?
These sessions are only suitable for babies that can sit up by themselves (7 months approx to PRIMARY SCHOOL age children*
3 CHILDREN MAXIMUM PER BOOKING
EACH BOOKING IS PER HOUSEHOLD
(I CAN NOT MIX COUSINS/FRIENDS/NEIGHBOURS)
FAMILY SIZE MUST NOT EXCEED 5 PEOPLE ( 2 ADULTS MAX )
FROM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT SUITED TO TEENAGERS.
Babies who cannot sit on their own will need to be held by an adult (not another child) so please bare this in mind when booking. If you have a small baby please note that individual images of them will not be available as they need to be held. I must stress that there is no wiggle room on this rule.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time. These sessions run back to back so each client and family will need access to my driveway for parking.
WHAT IF WE ARE LATE?
These sessions are 20 minute maximum slots only. These are back to back sessions so please ensure that you arrive on time in your outfits with hair brushed and noses wiped! Unfortunately, if you are late arriving then your session time will be shortened, i can not cut into the session time of the family booked in after you. Make sure to check if any road closures or traffic build ups are in your area before leaving for your journey.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Please arrive in your outfits. These minis sessions only run 15-20 mins so we won't have time to dress/change children on arrival.
The bedroom scene does not have to be pj themed but if you decide to go that route, please stick to PLAIN PJs and NOT NOVELTY.
* The sets this year have been designed so all clothing works. You can go with Christmas jumpers if you wish or stick to plain neutral clothing like creams/beige/white/golds. If your prefer reds, then go for the darker wine red tones.
*PLEASE AVOID CHARACTER/ NOVELTY OUTFITS SUCH AS PEPPA PIG/MINIONS/ as my setups are more timeless. ALSO AVOID PINKS/LILACS/BABY BLUE/ALL BLACK .These colours will not go with the Christmas sets.
MY CHILD HAS ADDITIONAL NEEDS, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO BOOK?
Yes of course. You will receive a questionnaire once you make a booking and there is a section on there that covers this question. We can discuss any requirements that are needed to make sure your child is supported and happy during their session.
CHILD COOPERATION
As with any photoshoot, children can be unpredictable. I will ensure to make the session as relaxed and calm as possible but please keep an open mind that not all children will play ball and these are very fast paced sessions. Some children become extremely shy and may need a little encouragement to sit for photos. Some may also be upset and cry or not smile at all but i will try to get what i can in the time we have. Whatever the outcome it will be a memory to always look back on. (i can not reschedule due to these sessions being booked out in advance and payment will still be required)
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be switched to different days/times so please make sure you can attend before booking. If you fail to attend your slot you will lose your booking fee.
WHEN DO I PICK MY IMAGES?
My editing time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the session date. If i can get them out sooner i will but its the busiest few weeks in my calendar so please keep this in mind. As soon as i have your images ready , you will be sent a watermarked viewing gallery that will be active for 24 hours for you to choose your images.
